A visitor sees your place on elafonisos.co, taps “Book”, picks dates and a room and sends a request. You get an email and confirm or decline it. You set it up once, in about 30 minutes.
You will need: photos of the rooms, prices per period, check-in and check-out times and your cancellation policy.
1. Sign up
Open the sign-up page and enter your full name, email and a password of at least 10 characters (the phone is optional). Accept the terms and tap “Create account”. You will get an email “Confirm your email”: tap “Confirm” in the email and again on the page that opens. If you can’t find it, look in your spam folder. Then log in.
2. Your place in 4 steps
After logging in, tap «Το κατάλυμα →» on the page «Το κατάλυμά μου» (My lodging).
The lodging: its name (in English too, if you like) and the email where requests arrive.
Rooms: one type for each kind of room (e.g. “Double with sea view”), how many you have, how many guests fit and the price per night. With many rooms or prices per period, download the Excel template, fill it in and upload it.
Rules: check-in and check-out times, and how many hours a request is held until you answer (24 to start with).
Done: tap «Δημιουργία καταλύματος» (Create lodging) and your place is ready.
3. Prices and availability
In the menu Settings → Prices and availability: on the “Prices” tab change one night’s price or, with “Change many days”, a whole period (From – To). On the “Availability” tab close days (“Closed”) and set minimum nights. Guests see the lowest price of each night in the booking calendar.
4. Photos and amenities
In Settings → Rooms open each room type and fill in: Photos (up to 5 per room and 40 for the whole account; JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, up to 8 MB each, with a short description), Size, View, Beds (e.g. “1 double + 1 sofa bed”) and Room amenities (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fridge …). Amenities of the whole place go in once, under “Booking widget”.
5. Policies and charges
In Settings → Lodging details & policies check: “Cancellation refunds” (how much you return when a guest cancels), “Fees and taxes” (e.g. the climate resilience fee, per room per night, “Paid at the property”) and, if you have your own privacy policy, its address (under “Booking widget (for other websites)”).
6. Look and contact
In Settings → Booking widget, “Look” tab, choose colour, corners, font and logo, and fill in “Contact for guests”: phone, WhatsApp, email, address and a map link (in Google Maps: your place → Share → Copy link). Guests see them as “Call”, “WhatsApp”, “Directions” and “Email” buttons.
On the “Code and links” tab → “Booking page” choose a name and get your own booking page with a QR code: put it on Facebook, Instagram and your Google profile.
7. Link to elafonisos.co
Open your place’s page on elafonisos.co (category Stay) and copy its address. In Settings → Publish paste it and tap “Send request”. You need rooms and prices first. We check the request; once approved, your page shows a “Book” button and “from … / night” (the lowest price of the next 90 days, updated daily), and your booking widget switches on by itself.
Can’t find your place? See the business guide.
8. When a request arrives
You get an email «Νέο αίτημα κράτησης» (new booking request) and see it on “Today”, under “Requests waiting for an answer”. Tap “Confirm” or “Decline”; the guest gets an email. Until then the room is held for the guest for the hours you set (24 to start with). If you don’t answer, the request expires, the room is freed and the guest is told.
Greek and English
Names, descriptions, beds and address have one version per language. At the top of the edit page, under “Content language”, switch between Ελληνικά and English. Fill in both, so visitors from abroad read English.
